What is the difference between Pilot, Professional, and Enterprise?
Pilot lets one school test AI scheduling for 3 months with conflict detection and one integration of your choice (Magister, Somtoday, Zermelo, or Xedule). Professional is the full deployment at one school with automatic re-optimization, a custom rule engine, what-if scenarios, and priority support. Enterprise scales across unlimited schools with SLA, full API access, multi-campus coordination, and a dedicated account manager.
Are there extra costs for setup or integrations?
The subscription covers OptiSchool onboarding and standard integrations. Also count internal participation hours: typically 8 hours (Pilot), 20 hours (Professional), or 60 hours (Enterprise) from your scheduler/IT at about €40/hour. See the TCO table on this page for the full picture.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-contract?
Yes. You can switch between Pilot, Professional, and Enterprise at any time. On upgrade we charge the difference pro rata; a downgrade takes effect from the next billing period.
How does the 3-month Pilot work?
The Pilot is a temporary plan that lets you test OptiSchool risk-free at one school. After 3 months you decide whether to continue with Professional (or stop). You keep all your data and can upgrade seamlessly.
What if we have multiple sites or schools?
For school communities, federations, and multi-campus organizations, Enterprise is intended. It coordinates scheduling across all your locations with central management and SLA.
What about our data and privacy?
OptiSchool runs on European infrastructure and is fully GDPR-compliant. We never share your data with third parties and your school data always remains yours.
What does OptiSchool cost in total, including implementation?
Looking only at the subscription is misleading. Pilot: about €767 cash-out in 3 months (€447 subscription + €320 internal hours). Professional year 1: about €7,988 (€7,188 subscription + €800 internal). Enterprise year 1: about €37,800 (€35,400 + €2,400 internal).
